The difference between informal and informal voice is that formal writing is used when someone like your friend tell you something and you could answer sassy and bossy and formal means your talking to your boss. You wouldn't be sassy! You would be serious. If I were talking to my brother,I would have a informal voice!

Formal is when you use proper grammar. Example is "Louie did not think about going outside because he got stung by a bee." Informal is when you use improper grammar. An example would be "Louie, like didn't want to go out cause, like something stung him." I prefer informal because there's no rules.

How I explain formal and informal voices is by the way you talk to someone. Like the way you talk to your teacher, that is formal or friends that is informal.

Formal voice is proper grammar. Informal voice could have symbols or slang. I like informal best because it is more fun. Comments are closed.
